Gleeful Homes offers non-medical shared-living housing for adults, seniors, and veterans who need a safe, stable place to live. We provide fully furnished rooms, utilities, Wi-Fi, and a supportive environment — but we do not offer personal care or medical services.
Adults who can live independently and have verified income (SSI, SSDI, private pay, or housing support agencies). Residents must be able to maintain basic daily living on their own.
No. Our homes are designed for individual adults only and offer private or shared rooms depending on availability.companionship and support.
No. Gleeful Homes is not assisted living or home care. We do not provide medication administration, home health services, or personal care. Residents must manage their own daily needs.
Your monthly fee includes:
Fully furnished room
All utilities (electric, heat, water)
High-speed Wi-Fi
Laundry access
Weekly property check-ins
Clean, safe shared living areas
Exterior security cameras
Most homes require first month’s rent + security deposit. Some may also require last month’s rent depending on the property.
No credit check is required. We only require verified income and valid ID.
